Team Brisket — Overview

Part of: No Guns No Bosses / GUNS world Umbrella org: DAC's Enamour Recovery Operations (ERO) — the PMC arm of Dalliance Arms Corporation Status: Active cast; scattered scenes; character profiles established Feb 2025 onward

What They Are

Team Brisket are a tactical PMC unit operating under DAC's ERO division. They're not villains exactly — more morally gray operators who carry out DAC contracts while navigating their own loyalties, philosophies, and personal lives. They serve as a window into the DAC ecosystem from the inside: people who work for the machine and know exactly what it is.

Their team colors are black and shiny-pink (DAC's color scheme), "unnecessarily shiny" uniforms, medium skimpy by GUNS standards.

Members

Sarah "Sparkler" Frazzle

Orange-furred fox. Tactical leader. Former gang member (the Vipers) who moved into "legitimate" PMC work. Methodical and clinical at first glance, but developing a deeper interior life — currently fascinated by Busui in a way that's clearly more than tactical. Started with the "technical aspects" justification and is slowly working out what that means. Got a personal smartphone specifically to research Busui videos. Cousin to Cocoa.

Diana "Sprite" Fennick

Hound/canine (Great Dane). Explosives specialist. Maternal, pragmatic, protective — but actively trying to give Pixel more room to make her own calls. Former sex worker; carries that background without apology. Navigates loyalty to DAC and loyalty to her team. Her callsign is "Sprite"; her daughter's callsign follows as "Pixel."

Stone

Massive purple bear. Long-range sniper. Former Internal Affairs cop. The most politically and ideologically rigid of the team — deeply uncomfortable with Caliber culture, contemptuous of "sedition," suspicious of outsiders. But not a one-dimensional conservative: she opposes bigotry within the team, accepts sex workers and queer teammates. Her wariness of Caliber (and Squee/balloon culture) is rooted in direct trauma from the Bubble Menace incident — she was in law enforcement during it and never fully recategorized what she witnessed. Wants to take down DAC's elite from within; her "loyalty" to order is complicated.

Aya "Pixel" Sprite

Diana's daughter. Callsign Pixel (Sprite → Pixel; smaller unit, same family). Basset hound with rainbow-banded ears. Team rookie; tech specialist. Grew up eating real Caliber food with Diana so she notices when restaurant versions are watered down. Lackluster attitude toward lethal force — hasn't had to confirm a kill and Diana wants to keep it that way. Mischievous; cheerfully pushes at boundaries to see how people react. Got Sarah a smartphone to watch Busui videos.

Cocoa "Puffs" Frazzle

Sarah's cousin. Civilian — not an ERO operative. Does delivery work, which gives her access to a wide range of social circles. Represents the civilian side of the GUNS world; knows things the military-focused members don't. Acts as Sarah's outside connection and confidante when Sarah is working out personal things she doesn't want to process with the team.

Team Name / Unit

Operating under ERO (Enamour Recovery Operations). PMC contracting team, designation "Team Brisket." DAC branding: white and pink logo.

Note on Aya / Pixel Name Confusion

Earlier documents (March 2025) use "Aya" as the given name with "Pixel" as callsign. Later documents sometimes use "Ada" as given name. Aya is the canonical given name; Pixel is the callsign. The Ada variant appears to be a slip.
